About

Kate DelGreco, M.S. CCC-SLP

I’m Kate!

I am a Rhode Island based speech-language pathologist and parent coach offering in-home and clinic based speech and language therapy for your child and family. Using a play-based, child led approach, my goal is to make therapy the most fun part of your child’s week. My experience includes working with a wide range of clients including Early Intervention (0 - 3 years of age) through 10 years old. I also have significant experience with Autism and Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC) for children with more complex communication needs.

My mission is to provide evidence-based and individualized treatment plans for each of my clients. Everyone deserves the opportunity to communicate effectively and I am passionate about helping my clients and their families achieve their goals!

I received my B.S. from the University of Rhode Island and my M.S. from East Carolina University. After completing my Masters degree, life took me to sunny, Southern California where I worked in a pediatric outpatient center for 4 years! Upon my return to Rhode Island, I worked in an autism center where I gained invaluable skills and was inspired everyday working with children ages 2-10 on the autism spectrum. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading, knitting and spending time with my family, friends and dog!

If your child is in need of speech therapy services, I would be honored to help!

*Currently contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna and Neighborhood Health Plan of RI (NHPRI), as well as NHPRI Medicaid.
